In compliance with ISO 13406-2 standards, up to 1–2 dead pixels are considered acceptable within industry norms.
Dead pixels are a rare but possible occurrence during LCD manufacturing and do not reflect a defect.
Major manufacturers do not consider 1–2 dead pixels grounds for screen replacement.

1. We do not warranty against broken, damaged or mishandled part.
2. Customers must report to us within 7 business days for "Dead On Arrival" or shipping damage issues.
3. For damage claims, customers must provide pictures of the packaging, shipping label, and item. Please retain the packaging and label until the product is tested
